The mobile application expands the functionality of the Optimum SmartGIS.

Using a mobile application as part of the GIS system allows you to:

• control the processes of delivery and accounting of goods,
• increase the efficiency of drivers, forwarders, couriers,
• reduce the likelihood of misgrading (issuing someone else’s goods),
• promptly track the status of delivery and receipt of payments,
• strengthen control over compliance with traffic rules and safety regulations when driving and carrying out routine maintenance.

• Prompt receipt of all routes and order data from the system, even with poor communication channels.
• Scanning and recognition of barcodes on invoices and accompanying documents.
• Receiving payment for delivery and printing receipts.
• Obtaining the client's electronic signature (if necessary).
• Transfer photos/videos from the camera and sensor readings of a mobile device (GPS receiver, gyroscope, accelerometer).
• Video, audio, photo reports of activities.
• Working with maps. Various maps, including CDC's own map service, which displays the delivery points and the planned route received from the dispatcher (logistician).
• Navigation. Additionally, you can select the navigation service directly from the application.
• Automatic SMS notification. SMS message with the delivery time can be sent to the customer.
• Emergency situations. Sending an SOS signal to the dispatcher by pressing the "Alarm" button.

A mobile device can record:

• start / end of movement;
• acceleration / deceleration (including emergency and aggressive);
• exceeding the permitted speed;
• sharp turns, critical tilt angles);
• approaching a dangerous section of the road;
• photo of readiness for the flight (auto selfie);
• lack of a seat belt;
• violation of the rules of behavior behind the wheel adopted by the company (smoking, transportation of passengers, etc.).
