Optimum Equipment Monitoring System

An integrated system for ensuring the efficiency of production processes using mobile technologies, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), artificial learning (machine vision).

The system provides online monitoring of sensors installed on machine tools (including CNC), transformers, compressors and other industrial equipment that requires constant monitoring to reduce downtime and breakdowns. Sensor data is transmitted to mobile devices and stationary computers of responsible persons and allows you to quickly respond to emergency situations.

As a result of the operation of the monitoring system at the pilot production site, productivity increased by 40% owing to reduction in the equipment downtime caused by organizational reasons and optimization of schedules and retooling.
