Mostra Group has implemented the Optimum sales force automation system in terms of collecting orders and merchandising.

At the request of the customer, the CDC made changes to the system necessary for full compliance of the reporting with Belarusian legislation. Employees of the Mostra Group IT department were trained in Moscow, after which they independently integrated Optimum with the Mercury accounting system based on Microsoft SQL and trained the first sales representatives to work with the Optimum mobile app on HP iPAQ hx2210 handheld computers.

From the first days of summer, sales agents in Minsk began collecting orders for the delivery of Danone products using the new technology. Before the start of the autumn-winter season, Mostra Group plans to automate 170 sales representatives in all areas of distribution.
